As a leader there are some things you are simply suppose to do. You may not get any accolades or a thank you because of what you did, but again it is what you are suppose to do. (I apologize for my tapping the desk, I think I got a bit passionate about this one lol).

People can be viewed generally as, "ungrateful, fickle, feigners and dissemblers, avoiders of danger and eager for gain." Because of these traits it can be a difficult choice for a leader to decide to be loved or feared. As a leader is it better to be loved, feared or hated?

As a leader you have to be willing to admit that some people prefer "treatment," instead of being "healed."
